Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Nextel to Sprint & Back To Nextel Now No Service
PITTSTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- We switched from Nextel to Sprint 15 Phones,well Sprints Service was Horrible, dropped call,no service in doors,can go on & on.
But this beats it all, was advised to go back to Nextel for better service, Got out the old I-880
retired the month old Sprint $400.00 Razor,did the switch with their techs, well guess I can call out and no one can call in,after several hours on the phone with several Nextel/Sprint techs,Im told it may be up in 24-48 hours if not call back.
This abserd,crazy to speak especially when My company is spending over $2,000.00 per month.
And by the way this took place on a Friday, and what is worse when you call my phone the recording sounds like My service was cut for non-payment.Asked if they could turn the Sprint razoe back on so I would have service and they said that would complicate the problem.
Im between a Rock and a Hard Place,,,,
