Radio Shack Complaint - Radio Shack Extended Warranty.
I too did buy the Extended Warranty, thinking it would useful to have in case anything did happen to my Razr phone. Unfortunately, I did have a problem and was told by the staff at Radio Shack that I'd have to call the 800 number and talk to their Customer Service. I did so and the lady on the phone told me they'd send me a box to send the phone with no battery/back to the return address. In a week or so came my box, and I sent my phone back to Texas thinking it would get fixed. When I got my phone returned to me in about 2 weeks, the problem was not fixed, my phone wasn't replaced AND I had much water damage. So now my phone is worse than it was before I even sent it to get fixed.
Don't even bother spending your money to buy this stupid warranty.
