Rugsusa Informative - Waiting Since April
I purchased a area bamboo rug from this company, they do promise a bunch of things about consumer satisfaction, and nothing. Since April 13/ 2008 I purchased an area rug, They sent me the wrong one, I ordered a so I called to ask them where can I return it to. They said I can keep that one and they will send me the correct one. Well, its been almost three months, I emailed them several times I also called and the last time I called which was in 4/29/08 they told me it was in back order, but I should receive it in 2 or 3 weeks, I waited about a month called again and they said it did not arrive, I called again sometime in the beginning of July and they said it will definitely arrive on 7/28/08 and they will mail it to me.
I called again today which is 7/30/08 and they said they will call in about 1/2 hour. It's over 3 hours and they have not called me. I am really disappoint with their false promises.
