Comcast Corporation Complaint - Lowest Efficiency Ever
DURHAM, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- We signed up for the Comcast internet service on June 16th and scheduled for an installation on June 18th (Wednesday). When the technician came, he told us we needed a separate line installed and he would contact us in the next couple of days. We didn't hear anything since. So we contacted the customer service on Monday(June 23rd), she told us the task has been escalated to "supervision" level. Now it's June 30th, I called the underground technician only to find they would do the work around July 3rd. He's even mad at me for calling him. How "efficient" this work is!
It takes more than half a month to get it installed and we are only ordering for 12 months.
