BizChair.com Complaint - Poor/Non-Existent Customer Service
My experience with BizChair was completely unsatisfactory. I received a call from a Justin stating the cost of the filing cabinet I ordered would be increased from $197.99 to $232.99--at that time I canceled my order.
At this point in time my charge card is still showing a charge for the merchandise without a corresponding credit. The customer service line is no help because no one will give me a call back.
Additionally, no emails will go through to their customer service hotline as their service can't be found. BAD COMPANY to deal with.
