Complaint - Poor/Non-Existent Customer Service

My experience with BizChair was completely unsatisfactory. I received a call from a Justin stating the cost of the filing cabinet I ordered would be increased from $197.99 to $232.99--at that time I canceled my order.

At this point in time my charge card is still showing a charge for the merchandise without a corresponding credit. The customer service line is no help because no one will give me a call back.

Additionally, no emails will go through to their customer service hotline as their service can't be found. BAD COMPANY to deal with.

You should contact your credit card company immediately and dispute the charge. The clock is ticking.

Listen to Ken. Dispute the charge NOW. They may try to stall you until your 60 day limit to file a dispute has passed.

I have just now disputed the charge to my credit card company. It is unfortunate that I had to take this route; a reputable company would have corrected this on their own.
