Charter Communications Complaint - Charter: Could They Be Any More Asinine?
KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN -- How I Received Cable/Internet & the infuriating issues during the process:
1) Received varying quotes from different service reps for the same bundle package. This should have been my cue to run far, far away.
2) Technician (a "contractor" that Charter hires to do installations) didn't turn in my initial payment and failed to provide me with a receipt.
3) Charter has no record of payment. I'm peeved that my check hasn't been cashed - what is going on..?! I tell them I will not pay another cent until my $110 check is located -- one service rep out of dozens finally does something about it. He credits my account for the installation fee since they screwed up (woo!) and puts out a search for the payment. Too bad nothing was noted on my file - let the delinquent account phone calls begin!
4) TWO MONTHS LATER, my check has finally been cashed - without notifying me, as they agreed to.. but not surprised! Lucky I had the funds..
