HomeBrands.com Complaint - Loooong Wait And Still Not Product And No Communication
I ordered a dehumidifier that HomeBrands.com said they had in stock. Their website says they ship in 2 to 4 days and to allow 7 to 12 days fro delivery. It's been 14 days and they haven't shipped yet. I emailed them and it took them two days to send a form reply--that --get this---said they were "looking into my problem" and I should allow them 72 business hours -- that about two weeks---just for a reply.
I can't get a response when I asked to cancel the order.
DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
