Kasperksy Internet Security - Complaint
GERMANY -- Bought the hype that Kaspersky INterneet Security was the best there is. Bot over the net with payPal. Received confusing emails as how to download and install. Finally figured it out, but following their directions exactly to the "T" resulted in zero. Could not install. Have sent a total of 12 emails with four of the including the payPal receipt, all asking for refund. They have stalled with "send it to this email" message to four different addresses 4 times. No refund after 6 weeks. These guys might have good products, but they are crooks.
