SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) Complaint - Honesty of Employees

COPENHAGEN -- I accidentally left a jacket in the SAS frequent fliers lounge in the Copenhagen Airport. When I got to Frankfurt, I phones the SAS lounge and was told the jacket had been found and would be sent to me - extraordinary service. Nothing arrived, so I called back and spoke to the same person again. She laughed and told me they could not possible ship me the jacket, and had turned it over to the airport police instead. I e-mailed the police, and they informed me no jacket had been turned in.

Sounds like someone in the SAS lounge helped themselves to a brand new (and expensive) leather jacket. Nice ...
