Allergy Direct Complaint - No Refund
The company refused to refund my money after I returned the allergy-proof pillowcases to the address that THEY provided. From their emails to me it was clear that they didn't try to look for the package in their mail room. Finally, they stopped replying to my email requests to look for the package.
Also, their website doesn't mention that there is a restocking fee for returns. There are other companies selling the same type of product, so go elsewhere if you're looking for products to prevent dust mites.
