EARLVILLE, ILLINOIS -- I cannot get thru to the company on cell phone, house phone stays busy before dialing the numbers. I live in a multi-dwelling and I think some people are tapped in for free. I mentioned this to one of your people here for a service call for someone else they confirmed seeing someone illegal tapped in but I would have to call to get another tech to come check it out?

Try this number 212 297-8181 and make sure they know you have tried to contact them so you won't have to pay for two days of calls to who knows where.
