Sears Informative - Craftsman Tractor Reliability
PEARLAND -- Sears customer service admitted that the repair men continue to misdiagnose a riding tractor problem that is now over 5 weeks old. While the grass continues to grow on the 3acres it is used to cut twice weekly, Sears "Customer Service", which by the way according to them should not be confused with customer satisfaction (no kidding response)agrees to only reimburse $50 dollars for cutting 3 acres (perhaps they meant in 1956 when Sears was my grandfathers store). In an an attempt to speak to a person of some kind of authority or care for customer satisfaction, the individual "Ann" indicated that there is "no supervisor". Apparently the company is now without leadership too. "Ann" also indicated that she is making me an offer and that I refuse it and that is all that is required of Sears.
Phenomenal responses from a company that I now know not to send my dollars too. When looking at a craftsman vs. a john deer you know the answer now. Good luck Sears.
