Infinity Insurance Complaint - Bad Service - Insurance Claim

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I call my adjuster and it takes her 2 whole days to return my calls. Not to mention she never answers my calls. I have a claim that has been open for 3 weeks now. It took them 2 weeks to get the appraiser to total my vehicle. They have yet to pay my finance company. So as a result of there poor customer service I have been with out transportation for 3 weeks now, and who knows when they will do what they are supposed to do.
