AnimeNation Complaint - Bad customer service

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I had placed an order with Animenation not too long ago-- around April 6, 2001. I ordered two Tenchi Muyo keychains via USPS Priority Mail. I waited at least 4-5 days, then e-mailed the sales dept. in regards to when it would get there. They said it was either the next day or the day after. Turns out it did not arrive as promised.. and I was very, very, very upset. Although they said it was the USPS's fault but I think that they are deliberately screwing with me. I did finally get my order on Saturday but I am still upset what with happened.

This is not the first time I have had problems with Animenation in terms of customer service. Last time I e-mailed the sales department, I had to wait 3-4 days for a simple reply to a simple question. To me this is very poor customer service because a customer should not have to wait that long for a reply to a simple question (The question again related to how long my order would reach me). The people who head the sales department are a bunch of incompetent idiots who have no knowledge of customer service. The next time these people make me wait for a simple reply or mess up my order, I will personally read them the riot act and have those people's jobs terminated and replace them with people who actually can do their jobs properly without being lazy and forgetting that customers are important.

If Animenation wants to keep its reputation of good customer service, then they better do their jobs right. Especially the sales department--- they need to get their heads on straight.
