AT&T Wireless Complaint - Inconsistent billing, untold new phone #, no communication in company
RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- I have gave this company 2 chances now, due to the fact I thought the first time I had a bad experience was a mistake. Both times I have had inconsistent billing. All I ask for is one bill with the same price monthly, I don't even care that much what the price is, just keep it the same. Every time I talk to customer service, after a super long hold time, it seems like they are doing something, but they actually are doing nothing. I got a call to fix a line problem from a tech 2 weeks after I called a problem in, I had already canceled the service and he did not know anything about it. Just received a bill for the services 3weeks later for the next month as if I didn't cancel. Guess I will Have to call again!!! I am sick of companies not knowing how to do business and the companies I have problems with are fairly simple models to follow. Hook up the service, mail me the bill, can anyone handle this? I am starting to enjoy the forgotten fries in my drive thru bag, no big deal, but dealing with these incompetent people at these huge useless companies is driving me crazy. What goes around comes around. I hope these companies go down the tubes, when they realize that without paying customers, they are out of business. I think I will try the cable company again. I do not recommend AT&T and do not wish my experience on anybody.
P.S. IF any customer no service companies read this, just a hint. I stick with the companies that do me right and price is not the biggest factor. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
