NameSecure Informative - Permanently deleted my e-mail and website

I thought I had signed up for a two year contract with Namesecure but after one year they billed me for two more months then deleted my web sight and e-mail account permanently seven days into the second month. They only tried to contact me thru the e-mail address I had before I signed up for Namesecure, they did not send anything in the mail, call me, or contact me on the Namesecure e-mail address.

This is a serious set back to my company in a struggling economy.

you should have updated your contact email address.

was a payment made?

sounds like they felt you were a non returning customer, and they deleted your 'site' due to non-payment.

Payment was made. Infact they charged me for the month of July them canceled me on July 7th, and never refunded the rest of the month.
