He filed an abuse report or something like that and placed a block on them. The last time I talked to him they (ebay)were looking into it.

NO DOUBT !!!
I simply asked them why a listing was removed and they sent an angry , sarcastic and threatening email. Said they reported me to ebay for violations and said any more contact would result in legal action. Pretty high on themselves.
Do what I did. Tell them to go f*&k their wh@re mother.

Too funny! I found this looking to see if they had a website. Here's the email I received when I asked for the dimensions of a subwoofer they had up for bid: Oh, yeah.....we REALLY want to do business with YOU! Some 'nice' things you've said in your 'Feedback Left For Others' (A PERMANENT part of your PUBLIC record): " ZERO RESPONSE to MULTIPLE REQUESTS for Exchange-Cannot"; and:".. But Not Packaged Properly"; and:"Zero Communication,"; and:"No Word from Seller,"; and:" Didn't Look "New" But Refunded-Note That Seller Charges 2X Actual Cost of S/H"; and:"Not Bad, but Not Great"; and:" New, But Box In Poor Condition, Not Suitable for Gift Giving-Overpriced Shipping"; and:"Leaked whisky during ship & didn't state top can't be removed-No Answer to email"; and:"Not Quite as Expected"; and:"Only

in LESS than a year!! Not ONLY has ebay PERMANENTLY Blocked you from EVER bidding on our auctions, but, if you so much as attempt to contact us again, via any means, eBay's Trust & Safety dept. (whom we've contacted) will ban you for harassment, and we'll have you arrested for the same charge by the California State Police.

I'm not sure what happened but Dennis the owner of Cape Ann Audio may have gone off the grid. I have both sold equipment to him and purchased as well. A little over a year ago...I was banned from bidding on his items for no reason. He won't return my emails and his phone went dead. I always respected his opinion and have been happy with his service. I have picked most of my equipment up at his house or he has delivered it to mine. I'm not sure what happened to him but maybe I will never know. I can't contact him. Coach
