Sprint Nextel Complaint - Horrible Customer Service!!!
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- When researching cell phone service I found reviews warning of bad customer service for Sprint but was naive enough to think that things couldn't be as bad as the reviews sounded...I was SO WRONG!!!
Just trying to set up our account took me three months and over 16 hours of phone time to straighten up what seemed to be a simple on-line service purchase/order. Good thing I'm a teacher and had the summer off to plod through the muck of what Sprint calls service.
A year later we're trying to add text messaging and are on our second month of issues, have again spent huge amounts of phone time with reps that don't know what they're doing, and are now trying to clear up a huge "fabricated by their mistakes" bill on top of it. (Our previous package settings have just "magically" disappeared).
How do you deal with a company that has no one that will stand accountable for services?
