Mags4Cheap.com Complaint - Cancelled Without Promised Refund
BOAZ, ALABAMA -- I ordered a magazine for my wife and cancelled the order on the following day, May 8,2008. The company's policy, which is stated on there website, is to refund the amount taken off my debit card within 30 days. The refund would come in the form of a check. We haven't received a refund and anytime I send an email about the matter, they send a return email stating they will send my email to their billing dept to have it handled. I have all copies of the emails I've sent and received.
