Priority Chevrolet Informative - Don't Give Them Your Money
CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- I have a large complaint about this dealership. First let me start by saying we have came to priority Chevrolet two times to buy a vehicle and never will again. We are a military family and have out of state tags, both times trying to buy a vehicle the dealership would not work with us, causing us to have to pay more money to switch over our tags later.
Next me and my husband bought an Equinox 2 weeks ago which was suppose to come with floor mats the sales man told us he would have to get them from the shop and yet we still have not received floor mats. The next problem is the worse, we made a deal with the sales man that he was not suppose to cash our down payment until the 15th. The date on the check wasn't even until the 15th. The check was cashed on the 7th and caused us to have a check bounce to our apartment complex, with $207 of fees and a fee from the bank of $25, when I called this past Saturday to speak with the sales man he apologized and said he nor his manager couldn't do anything until Monday. Still upset I thanked him and told him I would call back Monday morning.
When I called back Monday I spoke with the manager who advised he would call me right back. He called back about 20 minutes later stating that he nor the sales man agreed to hold the check until the 15th and it is not their problem nor fault. He said he would try to see what he could do. This is very UNACCEPTABLE. When you make an agreement as a company it should be kept.
