United States Postal Service Complaint - Priority Mail Services
I purchased something on Ebay and it was sent to me via USPS Priority Mail in June. I still have not received it and it's already July 14.
I know how there are a lot of readers out there that are really skeptical about Ebay and have had a lot of negative experiences with Ebay. However, I have been selling and buying on Ebay for years and never had a problem. This issue that I am having is not a seller claiming to have sent a package when he really didn't. He sent me the delivery confirmation number and I verified that in fact it says that this package was delivered and it shows my zip code. I also verified the address with the seller and he did address it to the correct place.
I contacted USPS regarding this and all they can tell me is that they will file a complaint with my local Post office.
Priority Mail packages are only tracked in the sense that they can tell you if it's been delivered or not. They don't' have a way of tracking where the package was delivered.
I guess it's partly my fault for not having put insurance on it. I just never had this problem.
But it's still very upsetting.
