Lakeshore Chevrolet Complaint - I Have To Repair My 2004 Chevy Malibu Every Six Months

Review by Fed UP with GM on 2008-07-14
CLEVELAND, OHIO -- I purchased a new 2004 Chevy Malibu that had 100 miles on it as a new car not used. I later found out the car was a repossession that was being resold as new. If has the same repair problems within a six month period. The steering shaft, the CD player, and the turn signals go out every six months. Instead of giving me a new car Customer service wants me to take off work every six months to have the same repairs fixed.

GM doesn't understand that they build "shabby" cars. Next time I'm going to say, "Oh what a feeling, Toyota".
