Dish Network Complaint - Repair Service Never Happened
FREMONT, CALIFORNIA -- Like every body else I believe I am also very frustrated by the kind of repair/technical support I have received from Dish Network.
I had satellite problem this Saturday called these technical support people they said they can only send somebody on Monday and here I am waiting for a technician to come and fix it, and now when nobody turned up after a very long time I called up Dish support and was surprised to know that their record says somebody did came and tried to call me while he was in front of my house. Wow so I never knew that somebody is in front of my hour .. what the hell!
the worse part is I took a day off from work to get it fixed and know they are telling me this technician was there called me also left me a voice mail which I can not see on my mobile phone as ..wow thats amazing !
now this technician can not come today so they want me to reschedule it on a different week day and wait for him to come and fix it .
This is so disgusting and frustrating. And here is what make things worse, this is the 4th time I am calling them and have been put on hold for the same problem because the last 3 support people hung up on me. Wow what a service I wish I could tell all this to some higher management people of Dish network, so that they know what a great service they provide.
Unfortunately I need International channels which no other providers provide and hence I am stuck with Dish, but would have really appreciated a professional and much more managed service.
