A&E Service Complaint - Assault, House Flooded, Washer Still Broken
DALLAS, TEXAS -- This review is to warn customers about A&E service (and yes, it includes ASSAULT by a maintenance man). We had a brand new Whirlpool Cabrio that quit working and A&E service came to fix it...OR NOT! It took two months, 6 appts. and 10,000 in lost wages for me and my husband to realize these people were idiots. Evey appt. they came after the allotted time frame or not at all and never had the parts they needed. Six appointments! They still could not fix it and at the last appt. they left two hoses on our machine broke and it flooded the top floor of our house. Now we are having electrical problems, our carpet is ruined, our floors are ruined and the ceiling has major water damage.
No one at the company cares and they have no intention of paying for the damage as it was an "accident." To make matters worse, the technician today ASSAULTED ME! When asked to show me how the machine works and to provide me with a receipt, he threw me up against the wall and ran out the door in anger.
I had to call the police and go to the doctor for emergency medical care. When contacted, the company said, "well there are two sides to every story and we won't make any formal apologies until we hear from the repair man."
