Walmart Informative - UN-NON-NADA Knowledgeable Staff
If you're wanting to call up to chat with a "friendly" sales representative who has no clue, call Walmart. I was never impolite or crass and spent 3 hours on the phone today. I was put on hold each and every time with my question (which by the way, I had 3 different questions about a variety of topics)and then the question was never answered, or I was told that information was not available. I find it hard to believe that they have no billing address. Yes, I know, it's on the internet but my internet was down this morning. If you're looking online, I'm sure you'd have more luck with your own questions. I was trying to get the address and someone to send me a copy of my sales receipt so that I could receive a reimbursement from my insurance company. I didn't need them to talk to the company or anything. They simply needed to send me or give me their address as a minimum. No one could do so. Gosh I wonder how they get to work...or where they work...hmmmm...
My favorite incident of the day was when I requested a manager politely. I waited on hold for 35 minutes. I was then "accidentally" disconnected. I'm not going to accidentally buy any contacts online anymore.
