Pay Half Stores Complaint - Cashier's Mistake Cost Us Money

NORTH DARTMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS -- My daughter, a single mother and student on very limited income,purchased some clothing from this store for her daughter. The cashier forgot to take off a security tag... I tried emailing... twice... with no courtesy of an answer... I called their # at MY expense... The store's ONLY answer was to send it back at HER expense... we live over 250 miles from there. This wasn't a mistake on her part of size, color, etc... it was THEIR mistake...

When I told the consumer relations head that she did a lousy job representing her store, she hung up on me... nice.

some of them contain a dye pack rendering the product useless. What you might have tried is to go to another retailer with the same tags and show them the receipt and ask them nicely to remove it.

Some thrift shops use those same kind of security tags. Maybe they can remove it for you as well.

Any small time shoplifter can remove them with ease.
