Bedroom Furniture Direct Complaint - Horrible Service! - Bedroom Set - Platform Bed

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I ordered a bedroom set on 05/10/08 and it is 07/15/08 and STILL NO BEDROOM SET and no explanation as to why... I have called and emailed customer service and they tell me "we apologize, you should have received it by now" but no resolution...

I have even asked for a refund now and am awaiting a response. I do not recommend ANYONE purchase anything from this company.
