I completely agree with another writer who said that dealing with Dell about the rebate was a totally miserable experience. I will never purchase another computer from them again. It has been over a year and after numerous visits to their rebate site, calls to their consumer line, etc., I have still not received my check.You can never even talk to the same person twice--they will not give out a telephone extension. (I think they farmed their complaint service to an offshore company.) Shame on Dell--I can't say enough bad things about them.
