Airlink Shuttle Complaint - Worst Shuttle Ever! - Shuttle Bus
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK -- This was the shuttle service ever! When I first paid online, it didn't ask for my pick up time. I was suppose to call 12 hours before my departure to tell them the time and confirm again. I called the day before, got a confirmation number, and they told me to call them when I arrive at the airport. I called, and they told me that they are not going to pick me up because not enough passengers were at the airport, and told me to take a bus. It was 11 at night, and the bus takes 3 hours to go to Manhattan from JFK. Worst of all, they told me they didn't charge my credit card but they actually did. I called to ask for a refund, and the lady was not very nice about it, and told me that I have to mail everything in. She said there was no way they could send out a shuttle that late at night.
I do not understand why they didn't just tell me that when I called to reconfirm. I was able to find a ride after 30 min. It was the worst experience ever!
