Mathis Brothers Complaint - Service - Custumer Service

ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- I had a bad situation with Mathis Brothers. I purchased a dresser and a nightstand. The salesperson made an error and ordered the wrong nightstand. We had to wait 7 weeks (for the wrong one) and then we finally picked up the piece and brought it home noticed it did not match the dresser. I called them expecting them to pick up the wrong piece and deliver the correct one. Nope ... They said it was my fault because I signed accepting the nightstand and everything was OK. I had to take another trip there (35 dollars round trip) to make the exchange. The correct nightstand was 30 dollars more so I expected them to make an even exchange for my trouble. Wrong again.

I spent over 2 hours trying to settle the matter. I was also given the royal runaround sent from manager saying only this manager or that one could authorize anything. The only thing that this accomplished was I wanted out of there before I heard "Sorry but that's our policy" one more time.

Do not shop there!!!
