Toys R Us Complaint - Robs Customers
NEW JERSEY -- My son was given a Toys R Us Exclusive Remote control air plane. I it was missing a very important part that rendered the plane completely useless. I brought it back to Toys R Us and they refused to even give me a store credit even though it says right on the box that it is a “Toys R Us” exclusive. It could not have possibly come from any other store. I spoke with the manager who said to call 1-800-TOYSRUS. When I called they still did not care and refused to compensate me for their poorly manufacture toy. Basically they haven stolen from me and my son. I promptly let her know that I will never buy from them again and that I will be informing my friends and family not to buy any more presents for my children through them.
I can’t believe that they would rather lose thousands of dollars of future business just to save a couple bucks. It is very sad to know that the most favorite store of my childhood will soon be out of business because of bad management.
