Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy Customer Service Is The Worst!!!
MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY -- I recently spent $1100 for a new Dell computer and monitor at the Best Buy in Millville, New Jersey. When I got home and got the computer working, I called Dell to ask about some internet issues. I was told that since I bought the computer at Best Buy, I'd have to speak to a Best Buy rep. So I called Best Buy and was connected to their Geek Squad "mission control." When I told the Geek Squad rep what my problems were, she told me that in order to answer my question I had to pay $29.00. I just spent $1100!!!
Now I had to pay more money to get some internet questions answered. What a ripoff!!!
