Metro Factory Service Complaint - Very Bad Customer Service
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Be prepared to wait a looooong time to have your appliance serviced by these people. Here's how it goes down. First appointment 2 weeks from your call. Guy comes out, orders part. Sets next appointment for 2 weeks later. They don't call, you reschedule again because "the part hasn't come yet" and you miss work for nothing. 2 weeks later they are still waiting. I call manufacturer who overnights the part to me immediately. Metro Fact schedules appointment for 2 weeks later. They have no idea what time of day, you have to wait to be contacted on the morning of.
I have gone through this whole thing twice now. Only reason I'm still trying is that one more and I get a new machine from the manufacturer.
Customer service is seriously lacking.
