MyRichUncle.com Complaint - My Rich Uncle Fails To Honor Approved Federal Loans

Review by brand on 2008-07-16
My Rich Uncle has a great marketing message, but fails to provide standard customer service, such as notifying approved loan clients that they no longer have funding for federal loans. I was lucky in that I became nervous about no returned calls and a lack of online updates and was finally able to reach someone (after 2 hrs of effort) and then learned that they would not honor the loan.

How many parents and students will find out when it is to late?

I don't have a rich Uncle. I did have one show up at my house a few years ago wanting to borrow money though.

I've gotten snail mail from them addressed to my mother who died in 1996 and never lived at my address. In fact my home didn't even exist in 1996.
