Unicorn/ChaseHealth Advance Complaint - After Reading Other Reviews I Checked My Account And Sure Enough The Last Payment Was Not Applied
In searching for the website to check my account, I came across complaints about missing payments. I'm thinking, hmmm I haven't had that problem. So I thought - I checked my account on line and sure enough, my last payment sent 6/22/08 was never applied! because I over pay each month, no payment was due and therefore no late charge BUT, I sent in $50 anyway and it's not there! I called and talked to Joann who said - No, there is no payment here. The last payment was May. I'm getting a copy of the check and will have to fax it to them BUT had I not read the other complaints, I never would have checked :-|
Hopefully they will correct the problem sooner than later.
