Gateway Complaint - Owner Won't Even Respond
DOVER, OHIO -- I bought a Gateway PC about 2 1/2 years ago. It's still under warranty. If I get one month where it works and nothing goes wrong I'm lucky, but that hasn't happened. I had to pay $55.00 to ship it back to Gateway. Phone support was awful, you wait for days on end to get an issue resolved. I wrote the CEO a letter, and he never responded. I spoke to Consumer Relations, and they assured me he probably won't see the letter. Afterall, in my opinion, he's made his millions so what does he care if his computer doesn't work for everyday people like me. No more Gateway. Dudes, I'm getting a Dell next time.
