Bob Evan's Restaurants Complaint - Horrible Breakfast - Food/Service
Food/Service - Complaint
AVON, INDIANA -- After being ignored in the Brownsburg Bob Evans, we decided to try the Avon Bob Evans. Both are in central Indiana.
When we arrived at about 10:15 on a weekday, the restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered our food and the waitress never came back except once to fill my coffee.
A full hour later, our food arrived via another employee and it was stone cold. The orange juice was horribly watered down and the rest of the food was basically cold. Because no one came to check on us, (ever!) we could not voice a complaint.
When I went to the cash register to pay, I told the girl that our food was cold and we were never re-visited by our waitress to let her know. She weakly offered us a coupon for a free beverage. I told her with the poor quality of the orange juice that was hardly a gift and we left.
Never again. I can make breakfast in 10 minutes at home, complete with eggs, bacon, juice, toast and coffee. You can bet that I'll be doing that from now on, especially for the prices Bob Evans charges for simple, easy-to-cook food.

Next time use those 10 minutes and cook at home.

Why, on earth, did you eat the food and then complain...not once, not twice, but THREE times!?
Possible self-respect issues? Don't feel like you deserve good customer service and a well-prepared meal?

One piece of advice...
Spread out the complaints or rotate topics...you come across as desperate and absolutely unbelievable.
My observation and nothing more.

Johnny boy is full of crap Bob Evans has 12 minutes to get their food out which means that they probably waited for 12-15 minutes. Twenty minutes at the max, because I know I wouldn't wait an hour for food unless they were really busy. See I use to work at Bob Evans and the only time that I had a complaint about food that took to long it was usually from old people who couldn't read the clock or remember what time they ordered. Next time you go to a Bob Evans and have an hour long wait on food and watered down Orange juice this is simply what you do, ask the waitress where your food is and to have a replacement on the Orange juice instead of making a big fit about something that doesn't happen every single day. Thank you enjoy your night!:)
