As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.

On 04-11-2001 I placed an order for approx. $350.00 with 'ShipStore.com.' This was placed on a Wednesay and was promised to me in two days. After this did not arrive I started trying to find out what was the problem.

I have sent about a dozen email, several fax, and made several phone calls, although it is nearly impossible to contact 'ShipStore' by phone. Then on 04-16-2001 I recieved an email from a 'Jim Carroll an employee of ShipStore' that stated '...I show your order in our system. It is marked as shipped, but we don't have a tracking number from UPS at the moment, Samantha will look into it for you'

This is the only contact I have received from 'ShipStore.' Since that contact all attempts to contact them have gone unnoticed and unanswered.

This has cuased my Wife and I to cancel atrip we had planed for several months. It also has supposedly been charged to my credit card, consequently I can not place this order with another store as I can't afford to have two charges for these same items on this particular credit card.

It is my advice and only my opinion that 'no one does business with this company,' as they are willing to take your order, but are unwilling to do anything when a problem occurs. There are other sites that offer these same type of goods and services with much better customer realtion and concerns.
