Sprint Nextel Complaint - Inappropriate Billing Practices
MISSION, TEXAS -- I have been a Nextel/Sprint customer for 5 years and it seems that since Sprint took over Nextel I have been getting overcharged every month! I spend hours sometimes per month trying to resolve the over charges! I get the CSR that state the problem has been solved but lo and behold the following month it's the same cycle. Maybe, this is the way this corrupt company makes money for 1 out of 5 customer overlook their bills so money just rolls in.
Seriously, how can you explain adding services you have never had and being told after being transferred several times (irritating) that the charges stand. Excuse in the 5 years that I have had their services I never had that feature. Example, I added a new line last month for my 9 years old and was informed by the store representative that the web features would be blocked, I get my Bill and have $22.50 charges for the web and after arguing that I have never had web services prior to this and that the phone is for a 9 year old I was informed they were sorry but the charges "stand".
I requested my services be disconnected as I feel this is ridiculous and a illegal practice this company practices. The disconnection tech I was transferred seemed almost glad to get rid of me as a customer; it's no wonder Sprint keeps loosing customers with the services this particular tech offered me. Not saying they are loosing 3 whole lines that is now moving to T-mobile.
