Ashworth, Inc. Complaint - Poor Quality Golf Shirts

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- Consumer Relations Department,

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.

Recently, I purchased several Ashworth golf shirts. After only 3 washes, many of the shirts' collars have already started to fray. With a fine apparel company like yourself, I was expecting better product quality.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like you company to offer me a discount on my next purchase.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
