Wireless Service - Complaint
Suncom wireless has the worst customer service ever. The reps are rude and they do not give correct information. You start off paying one thing, then each month your bill is different. I would not advise any individual to apply for Suncom Wireless service. The reps do not treat the consumer with any respect and I feel as though the business itself is a fraud to attract consumers. I would advise anyone to get service from the competetion or terminate your contract as soon as possible.
