Shoemall Complaint - Shoemall Shipping and Customer Service

When they say FREE shipping, they only mean one way. Return shipping is $7 no matter what the problem was with your shoes. When I called customer service to find out how to return my shoes, she told me the price and then hung up on me. Poor customer service, misleading shipping on the website.

Returns and exchanges are NOT free.
I needed to exchange for a different size
and three weeks later, they still claim not to have received the shoes.
They claim they cannot track even though they had provided a tracking number on the return shipping label. I liked the shoes, but the lack of service on exchanges is horrible. Never order from them.
