EToner Mart Complaint - Horrible Product, Horrible Service

ROWLAND, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered a toner cartridge #106 and it didn't work. I called the company and they sent a new one. That one didn't work either.

After numerous attempts to get in touch with someone, I sent it back. They also said that they would send another in place of it.

I never received it and when I kept calling to complain, they keep giving me the run around. The customer service lady said many times that she would call me back and never did.

I finally got the money returned with no hesitation. I know she was glad to get rid of me. This entire process took over 2 months because of their lack of answering the phones or returning phone calls.
