Home Depot Complaint - Home Depot Stinks - Customer Service
I received a letter yesterday advising me that my $5,000 credit limit had been reduced to $1,000, and I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID. You have lost me as a customer forever.
In the past year I have expended over $10,000 with your company, and I have paid my obligations regularly. There is NO reasonable reason for such action on your part. Customer Service has advised me that the reason for the reduction was because Home Depot is attempting to cover its ass in these difficult economic times by “reassessing” its accounts based on one or more of the three Credit Reporting agencies that, we ALL know, contain substantially incorrect information most of the time.
I am FURIOUS and OFFENDED, and if your services were worth my time, I would make an effort to seek a change back to my previous credit limit. However, you and your merchandise are not worth more than this brief letter.
I sincerely hope that your company suffers substantial losses. Know that I will be a negative spokesman whenever I have the opportunity to say anything regarding Home Depot and the shoddy way it treats its customers.
