Purchase A Vehicle - Complaint
ORLAND PARK, ILLINOIS -- HORRIBLE!!!
I was calling around trying to get good deal on a specific car. I talked to a sales guy from Luxury Motors and told him basically how much money I had to offer. I told him to ask his boss if they would sell the car for that price. After being on hold for a while, they came back and agreed to the price. I flew into the city and drove about an hour to the location. When I got there, they changed their mind and said that they wouldn't sell it to me for the agreed upon price. RIDICULOUS! I eventually tried to negotiate and tried to meet the guy half way on our two prices, especially since I had flown into the city and wasted a trip. He basically said he wouldn't do it, and walked away from me, as if I wasn't there anymore. Plus, its not like we're talking about a huge difference in money. The car was being sold for 27k and they originally agreed with 25k. I finally asked to meet half way at 26k.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!! They did the same thing to me. I drove over 3 hours to go pick up the car and when I got there they refused to sell it to me for the price we agreed upon. They added on the "laser etch to the glass fee" and extended warranty. Needless to say I didn't pay for those two things. They also tried to force me to finance through them. I had cash in hand (actually a bank certified check) and for some reason they still wanted me to fill out a credit request even though I had already signed all of the paperwork to purchase the car. I refused to give them my personal information and they stated that they had to have it for all customers and if I didn't fill it out they were not going to let me leave with my car. I tossed the keys back and told them to take it! Eventually they allowed me to leave with my car without giving them my SS# or financial information. This place is horrible!!!!!! I felt so dirty after dealing with them I had to go strait home and take a shower! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
