Ashley Furniture Complaint - Bad customer service
CALGARY -- We bought 2 leather love seat ( 2500$) in December 2007. In February we realize that the leather was tear off between the two seats. We had a garantee so we decide to call the customer service. They send a technician to see what must be done. They order the parts, the technician came (I took a day off) it was the wrong part. So he came back (another day off) and it was not the right part AGAIN. Then he send another technician with the right part but he did a mess. My love seat was worst than before. He left so quikly that I didn't have time to complain. So I call the customer service talk to the manager Michelle. She said that she can't give me a compensation because it's not in the politic of the cie!!! She send me another technician...and guess what he doesn't have the part (was not order). So we are July 24 2008 and my love seat are still not repair. Ashley won't have my money anymore.
