ROKU Informative - Complaint
CALIFORNIA -- I bought a ROKU sound bridge network music player a few months ago. A couple of weeks ago the remote went on me. I sent the company an email and explained my problem. They were nice enough to send me a new remote free of charge. I tried the new remote yesterday and it doesn't work so now I assume it's the player. Although it works, the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I found the company's telephone number and called they yesterday. The recording said they could not take my call and to leave a message. This was during work hours. I have a big party tomorrow and need the player to work remotely.
They still have not called me. The player does not seem to have a reset button and it take 3-4 day to hear back from them by email.
