Priceline.com Informative - Worst Customer Service
LIVONIA, MICHIGAN -- They charge for something that they don't provide. I booked a flight and cancelled it within 2 hrs after booking the flight. To cancel the flight I had to call customer care. I confirmed twice that there won't be any charges on my account before he cancelled the tickets. But after 5 days I log into my account and see that there was $24.95 charged for shipping & handling. They didn't even ship the tickets (though it might be cancelled). How can they charge for something they didn't even deliver. If not at least the customer representative should have mentioned about the shipping charges when I called to cancel my tickets. This really sucks.
Well I think with the rise in gas prices priceline.com is trying to find ways to trap their customers and grab some money by any means.
There is one more thing left...they don't have a direct line to the customer care. If you do not have a confirmation number you cannot talk to customer care. If you have a confirmation number from a cancelled flight, you still cannot talk to customer care, you will have to send an email and wait for 3 hrs for their response and then you can call customer service with the same confirmation number.
