Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Why Are The Little Guys Unimportant To The Big Companies?
PEORIA, ARIZONA -- Ok. Our company is very small. Just the husband and I but, we are after all hard working and trying hard in this day and age to scrap out a decent living for us and our children.
So why the run around from You Big Guys all the time?
I spent a lot of money on a Dell computer less than 5 years ago. Put time and money into it to keep it up and running the way I need to to keep our company up and running.
Recently the mother board goes out. Not a problem. It happens. So the only way to get one is to contact dell. Again no problem. Frustrated it is not in this country. Jobs taken away from us, they still are efficient and polite and take my order. With a ship date of a little over one week. Also shipping from Texas. Wow within our own country. Day it is to arrive I receive an email it has been canceled. So I call again. Still have to reorder with the promise it will ship (even though it is in warehouse within United States)within a week. Now I am waiting almost three weeks. Still it will have to be installed and brought back to me.
I am SCREAMING hear me well Dell.. My work comes from another company via EMAIL. It would have been less aggravation if I had just gone out and bought another brand of computer. Oh no though. I love this computer, it has all the programs I need for business. Dell will get the part to me within a reasonable amount of time. Even though I didn't really have that much time. I did have an old laptop I could pull off work orders from and soon I would be able to open the other programs I need for contacts and opening the other programs it takes to keep a business up and running.
I wonder Dell if your company were on the other end.What if the food, the electricity all it takes for living from day to day... just what would you do? How would you feel?
I know this isn't going to make an iota of difference in how you operate or whether my dime to your company will hurt you in anyway but, it makes me feel a little better to say it and it makes me feel a lot better to know I won't be using Dell in the future or even recommending it to any of my friends or family.
