Sonic Industries Complaint - Bad Customer Service
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS -- We just came back from sonic restaurant #1286 located on Warden in North Little Rock, Arkansas and were very disappointed with our experience there. We placed our order for 3 items. Waited a really long time before receiving only one (incomplete) item and being told that the remainder of our order had been given away to another customer. That was it. No apology. Nothing. Just "wait until I can remake your order and bring it out". We waited even longer to receive the rest of our order and when the last 2 items were delivered they were wrong as well! When we went to the door to ask for the missing things we were treated very rudely. One of the employees opened up the door and annoyingly asked "Did you need something?" We told them what we needed and she tossed it out to us and as if we were wasting her time asked "well? is that all?". We just left because we had somewhere to be, but this is not the first time that this particular sonic has been lacking in tact and customer service.
Also, when we finally got to our destination and unpacked the food, we found that the burgers we were given weren't even what we had ordered. The burgers alone cost nine dollars and we were given a cheaper type than what we had paid for. Very disappointing. We won't be going back. I noticed that there is no customer complaint website or comment phone number listed on the receipt.
Maybe Sonic is aware that their service is sub par.
